Reach International Contacts with Added Texting Support for Canadian Phone Numbers

Admins can now import and message contacts and contact lists containing Canadian phone numbers. Contacts with Canadian phone numbers will also now be able to receive text messages from Broadcast Texting, Peer-to-Peer Texting, Canvassing, and opt-in activities.
