We fixed an issue that allowed volunteers to see and click into deactivated campaigns via the mobile and web volunteer apps. The issue did not allow volunteers to actually take action or view any content within the deactivated campaigns, but they could still click on a deactivated campaign (and would then hit a blank page).
Note that if deactivated campaigns are later reactivated, volunteers who previously had access to the campaign will regain normal access to the reactivated campaign.
