Volunteers: Keep Track Messages with Exact Timestamps on Mobile

Volunteers will now see more reliable and accurate timestamps in their inbox on the mobile app. We’ve updated the timestamps on message threads so that they show the exact date and time and the specific amount of time that has passed since a message was sent.
